Warranty
Our warranty policy is fairly simple. Every product sold on our website, will be covered by our lifetime warranty. This warranty means if the product fails for some reason under normal use, within your lifetime, then it will be repaired or replaced. If it cannot be repaired, then I will have to replace it. If I cannot replace it with an identical item, then we will discuss a substitute.
With more than 20 years’ experience, I can honestly say there is no reason why any of our wallets or bags should fail, however this warranty will not cover abuse or neglect. Under normal use if any part of our work should fail, we will repair it or replace it.
A great belt can last a lifetime, but you can definitely shorten that life. Simply put, in my experience, no working man/woman wants to wear a belt after 20 years of hard use. By that point they will probably be worn out in appearance or shape, or both. On the other hand, if you casually or occasionally wear your belt, it will last a lifetime for sure. Regardless, if any rivet or stitch ever fails, we’ll fix it or replace it.
Limitations will be placed on these repairs because I come from a long line of carpenters, mechanics, and welders. I know what hard work is, and I know how hard we can be on things. Full grain leather products can and do last a lifetime. It’s up to you to take care of it. I have seen welders and smiths burn through a good leather apron in less than a year and yet, the same apron can last 80 years under different care and conditions.
Returns
We will allow for returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. You may return a single item or your entire purchase if there is more than one item. The items must be unused and in the original packaging. You will be charged a processing fee of $10.00 per return. Please email us before beginning the return and check our terms and conditions for more information on processing returns. Proof of purchase must be provided. We will not refund shipping costs of the purchase or the return shipping. Once we have received the product and only after we have inspected and deemed the product returnable a refund should post back to your account or cardholder account within 3 to 5 business days. The product must be returned in the original packaging unless the packaging is damaged some way in shipping. If the product is damaged or used in any way, we reserve the right to deny your return and refund. If the product is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately so we can begin processing an insurance claim. Insurance claims are a whole other matter altogether and will be processed according to the guidelines of the insurance policy on shipping.
